Psalm 91:2 says, “I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Notice that we have to say, “He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust.” Our words release power (Proverbs 18:20-21). The promises of God are voice activated. Every word we speak can be a brick to build with or a bulldozer to destroy. We need to choose our words carefully. Words are seeds; they are containers for power. They carry creative or destructive power, and they produce a good harvest or a bad harvest in your life and in the lives of those you love.
